Effective 20 April 2024
New password format:
- Must be at least 14 characters
- Does not require numbers or special characters (sample password: canbepassphrasewithoutnumbers)
- Default password format sent to new students: tafewaddmmyyyy
- Password expiry: Every 6 months
Existing students:
Existing students will be prompted to change their password in line with the new password format, only when their current password expires.
New students:
New students who enrol from 20 April 2024 will receive a default password in the new format. This will be included in the student welcome email.
