The scholarship is for $1000 and will be awarded to a female student enrolled in any course full time at the Albany campus, from Certificate III level and above.

Newmont Boddington Gold Indigenous VET Scholarship
NBG is offering two pre-apprenticeship scholarship opportunities in qualifications linked to their priority trade areas in the annual apprenticeship program intake.
The scholarship covers the full SR TAFE course fees and $500 towards study costs.
Criteria for this scholarship include being an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, being of Aboriginal descent with connection with NBG’s key Aboriginal stakeholder groups, including Wilman Traditional Owner; Gnaala Karla Booja Native Title Claimant Group, and/or Noongar Aboriginal people, and being enrolled or intending to enrol in one of the following pre-apprenticeship courses:
- Certificate II in Engineering (Heavy Fabrication Pre-Apprenticeship)
- Certificate II in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter and Machinist Pre-Apprenticeship)
- Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology (Heavy Vehicle Servicing Pre-Apprenticeship)

Western Power Corporation Scholarship
Scholarships for students studying the Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start) (Electrotechnology Pre-Apprenticeship) course full time in Semester 2, 2023.
The scholarship will cover the full cost of the course fees.

Applications for Destination Australia Scholarships have now closed.
Bursary for International Students
TAFE International Western Australia are currently offering bursaries of AUD$5,000 to study, work, and live in regional Western Australia.
Applications are now open for students starting July 2023 and February 2024.

- Scholarships are not available to South Regional TAFE employees, their immediate families or associates.
- Selection panel decisions cannot be appealed and no correspondence concerning decisions will be entered into.
- The scholarship is not transferable and is for Semester 2 2023.
- Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
- The awarding of scholarships is based on the information provided to SR TAFE. The scholarship bay be withdrawn at any stage if it is found you have provided incorrect, false or misleading information or withhold relevant information.
