Throughout this course, participants will acquire skills that enable them to carry out a range of tasks required in the building and construction industry.
This course is part of the Lower fees, local skills initiative. From 1 January 2020 through to 31 December 2025 you'll only pay half the course fees, capped at $1,200; or $400 if you're aged 15—24 or eligible for a concession, plus resource fees and other fees that may apply to your course.

Study Mode Apprenticeship.
This is a trade qualification for carpenters in residential and commercial workplaces. It includes setting out, manufacturing, constructing, assembling, installing and repairing products made using timber and steel products.
You will gain the knowledge and skills to carry out a range of building and construction task including using basic carpentry tools, power tools, carpentry materials, constructing a pitched roof, ceiling frame, wooden flooring, interpreting plans and applying work health and safety requirements.
